If you complete any forms on our website, your information will be stored securely in a database, emailed to a contact at the school or both.  We do not process this information in any other way.  We will never sell, distribute or lease this information to third parties, unless we are required by law.

You have a right to request access to the personal data we hold about you.  If you would like to request a copy of your personal data, please email our Data Protection Officer FHaddock@shoeburyness.secat.co.uk.  If the information we hold on you is inaccurate, you can email us to let us know what needs updating and we will correct it.

You have the right to object to us using your personal data or to ask us to delete or remove it if there is no need for us to keep it.  You can also ask us to stop processing your personal data in anyway.
